Halloween Makeup

Monday, October 20, 2008 Leave a Comment

Halloween is less than two weeks away. While some of you have been brainstorming costume ideas since last November, others are scrambling to put together looks now. With costumes that range from glam to gore -- the icing on the cake is a face to match. After a trip to your local craft store and makeup counter, you will have all the necessary tools for creating the perfect Halloween face. From the craft store you can pick up feathers, sequins, glitter and face paint without breaking the bank. At your local makeup store, choose a pair of fabulously dramatic lashes. Make Up For Ever has a great selection of dramatic lashes at $14 a pair. You will find lashes with rainbow hues to lashes adorned with feathers and rhinestone. Use the bases & shadows you already have and take your makeup application to the next level!!!

MAC
has released their Face Charts for Halloween 2008. The looks range from abstract splashes of color to more intricate creations. For Face Chart details and video of MAC artists at work on these fab Halloween looks, go to MAC_Looks_Halloween. If you're not feeling too adventurous/creative enough to create these looks on your own, inquire about getting a Halloween makeover at your local MAC counter.
