I love a bargain. Sale and clearance racks are always my first stops when I go shopping – a marked change from my teenage years when my parents paid for my clothes. Back then, I refused to even look at anything that was marked down. All that changed when I had to spend money that I’d actually worked for. I quickly became a discount shopper.
