We got such a great response to our first Sip and Swap that we decided to do it again. O So Chic is teaming up with Looking Fly On A Dime to host an afternoon of fashion, cocktails and fun. Bring your new and gently used clothing, shoes and accessories to trade with other fashionable ladies. As they say, “one fashionista’s trash is another fashionista’s treasure.” The Sip and Swap will take place on Saturday, April 28th from 2 – 4 PM at Space on White in NYC.
Items that do not find a new home will be donated to Housing Works, a grassroots organization dedicated to ending homelessness and the spread of HIV/AIDS in NYC.
Just a few things to keep in mind:
*Clothes should be new or gently used. Don’t bring anything you wouldn’t allow your best friend to wear.
*No underwear. This means no bras and definitely no panties!
*Women’s clothing only.
*There is no limit on the number of items you are allowed to take but don’t be selfish. Only take what you know you’ll wear. We want everyone to have a chance to leave with something, and we especially want to be able to donate some great things to Housing Works.
We have some great sponsors lined up for the event. There will be complimentary vodka drinks courtesy of CIROC (the delicious O So Chic-tini will be one of them). Golden Krust Bakery is providing us with delicious cocktail patties and a slew of companies have donated their products for giveaways. We will raffle off a tribal print Happy Scarf, shoes from Havaianas new Soul Collection, a satchel from Handbag Heaven and two $25 Housing Works gift cards. So many great things and the event is 100% FREE! You don’t want to miss it.
Spring clean your closet and come join us as we swap clothes, sip cocktails, and collect donations for a great organization. RSVP using the form above or at http://SipAndSwapNYC.eventbrite.com.
Hope to see you there!
