Review | @OrganixHair Extra Strength Moroccan Argan Oil Penetrating Oil

For the past few years, I’ve been using sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. With my coarse and extremely dry hair, the oil-stripping sulfates weren’t doing my mane any good. My mom introduced me to Organix products and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. My shampoo and conditioner picks have been Coconut Milk and Teatree Mint, respectively.

Right before I received the Organix Extra Strength Moroccan Argan Penetrating Oil to review, I happened to purchase the Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner to switch up my Organix routine. I’ve been hearing so much about Moroccan Argan oil products and figured it was about time I tried them.

After washing and conditioning my hair with the previously mentioned Organix products, I apply the Extra Strength Moroccan Argan Oil Penetration Oil for Coarse & Dry Hair. A little bit definitely goes a long way. Afterwards, I blowdry my hair.

I chemically straighten my hair and 2 months post-“relaxer,” my natural, coarse texture is reappearing. Since I’ve been using the Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Penetration Oil, my natural roots have become more manageable and softer. Although it is an oil, once applied, it absorbs almost immediately and does not leave any slick residue.

The only thing I would change about this oil would be the packaging. I’ve used Organix Oil products in the past–namely Coconut Milk– and prefer the pump over a pour bottle. A pump makes it easier to control the amount of oil that is dispensed.

Have you tried any of the Organix products, particularly the Moroccan Argan Oil Penetrating Oil? Let us know about your experience with the Organix collection.
