I think we can all agree that the sound of a popped cork is synonymous with the start of a celebration. Whether it’s the end of a productive work week or the dawn of a new life chapter, toasting with a glass of “bubbly” is a universal language. To be quite honest, you don’t really need to be celebrating any particular event in order to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. Getting together with friends, enjoying each other’s company and savoring a delicious spread is reason enough.

La Marca Prosecco Sparkling Wine Cocktail Recipes

When it comes to sparkling wine, Prosecco has got to be one of my favorites. First of all, it’s sparkling. If you know me, you know that I love sparkling/seltzer water so loving sparkling wine is a natural progression. When Prosecco is available at the bar, my go-tos are Prosecco + Ginger Ale or Prosecco + Elderflower Liqueur. Now that I’ve been introduced to La Marca Prosecco, it will be the featured Prosecco at my brunch’s mimosa/bellini station. La Marca Prosecco is crisp and slightly sweet, allowing you to pair it with an array of foods. Since the brunches my friends and I host have nothing less than a smorgasbord of yummy treats, this will be perfect! Not only is La Marca Prosecco delicious and elegantly packaged, it’s available for only $17 per bottle! Like I said, there will definitely be a La Marca Mimosa/Bellini Station at the next soiree. However, it’s more than likely that I will morph into Mela the Mixologist–mixing bubbly cocktails for my friends. One of my favorite Prosecco cocktails to make is a Peach + Passion Fruit Bellini. Here’s my recipe for the crowd favorite.

What You’ll Need:

  • La Marca Prosecco
  • Passion fruit juice
  • Amaretto liqueur
  • Peach purée
  • Champagne Flute
