The editorial content on O So Chic is written by its authors, based on their personal tastes and experiences. Any sponsored content will be clearly marked as such. O So Chic is committed to providing quality content to its readers. We will not publish content, sponsored or otherwise, that does not align with the O So Chic aesthetic. Product reviews are an aspect of the editorial content of O So Chic. Some product reviews are the result of personal purchases, while other reviews are the result of complimentary products.

*Product Review Policy*

Requested product reviews will only be considered if complimentary products are provided to O So Chic. Complimentary products provided to O So Chic for review, will be noted as such. Complimentary products provided to O So Chic for review, become the property of O So Chic. O So Chic does not guarantee a review of any product received. Product reviews will include a hyperlink, consisting of the product’s company name and homepage. O So Chic will not include any additional backlinks, text links, text ads, or any other form of advertisement or search engine optimization in product reviews. Product reviews will be honest. Negative and defamatory reviews will never be published.

*Event Attendance & Gift Bag Policy*

O So Chic welcomes event invitations. O So Chic’s attendance at events does not guarantee formal coverage of the event (e.g. an article on OSoChic.com). O So Chic’s receipt of gift bags at events does not guarantee formal reviews of gift bag contents. O So Chic may, at its discretion, utilize other forms of effective social media, such as Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr & Facebook to informally cover events & informally review gift bags contents.

*Giveaway Policy*

*For Giveaway Sponsors

O So Chic welcomes giveaway opportunities. The giveaway sponsor has the sole responsibility of shipping the giveaway prize to the winner. O So Chic will not ship giveaway prizes to winners. The giveaway sponsor must ship the prize to the winner in a timely manner. If the giveaway prize is of an electronic nature, the giveaway sponsor must e-mail the prize to O So Chic prior to O So Chic publishing the giveaway. O So Chic will then e-mail the prize to the winner.

* For Giveaway Entrants

You must be 18 years old and over to enter O So Chic giveaways. The information you submit in your entry will not be used for any other purpose, unless otherwise stated. Your information may be shared with the giveaway sponsor for the purpose of sending your prize to you. Your information will not be shared with the sponsor for any other reason, unless otherwise stated. O So Chic will use a random number generator to select the winner, unless otherwise stated. O So Chic will contact the winner via the winner’s form(s) of entry submission. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 48 hours of contacting the winner, this winner will forfeit the prize and a different winner will be selected and announced.
